Documentation request: Persistence and query options

<p>The docs should explain persistence and query options in detail. Between JPA support and ContractStateVaultJsonFactory  I’d imagine most users are struggling to understand e.g. what is the closest equivalent to v4’s QueryableState in terms of flow and query capabilities.</p>

<p>We don’t have the QueryableState functionality available with Next Gen Corda yet. You could however use the Persistence Service to achieve similar results.</p><p>Here is a sample app you could check:  https://github.com/corda/corda5-samples/tree/main/java-samples/persistence-carinsurance</p><p>As with the querying capability, we are working on making it more usable and adding more documentation toward it.</p>
